This week inside the Lab, we are joined by Paul Solomon GRI,SRES,CSA, of LUHU Advisors and LUHU Realty.
Paul has been working with families in South Florida for over 30 years with their Real Estate and Insurance needs. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Insurance agent (215/218), Licensed Assisted Living Administrator, and a Certified Senior Advisor. The CSA certification brings together all the work that he has been doing for families over the last 12 years.
Whether its the Baby Boomers looking ahead to retirement and with their needs changing with Real Estate, Life Insurance/ Long Term Care, and when to turn on Social Security and Medicare, to their parents who need assistance because their health is changing and how to pay for their care, he has covered it all.
He has lived the life of others in the last 10 years with parents who have had their share of medical issues and became the Caregiver. He needed to start planning for their changing health and tried to find the answers with NO luck. 10 different professionals gave him 10 different opinions on what to do. Paul worked his way through the systems to get the answers that he now share with his clients.
