On the menu for this episode: Doc wants you to say Grace. As in, a reminder to say it to yourself, and say it often. As we dive into the new year, with big goals and intentions, we need to remind ourselves to have grace and patience with our process, progress and emotions. The year is long, you have time. There will be some speed bumps along the way, and it is A-OK! So say grace (to yourself) and work up that appetite. Cuz now it's time to Get FED.
